【Notice Regarding Malfunctions】

We have confirmed the following issues and are currently investigating and working on fixes.

Issues Currently Being Fixed
Issues Related to Watching Ads

・On iOS, the ad loading may fail when tapping the ad viewing button.
・Rewards may not be granted even after watching an ad.

Account Linking Issues

・Account linking may not complete successfully.
・Selecting “Sign in with Google” → “Deny Linking” may cause an infinite loading loop.

Purchase (Payment) Issues

・Payments may not complete correctly (e.g., double charges, purchased items not granted, etc.).
※ For this issue, tapping the item again may resolve it.
・When purchasing simultaneously on multiple devices, items may not be granted after payment completion.

Game Progression/Functionality Issues

・“Recover Excess Stamina” may fail with an error, preventing recovery.
・Upon unlocking “Alka’s Begging,” it may appear unlocked up to Day 7.
・The “Reward Pack” badge for Daily Missions may not disappear unless items are purchased.

World Hunt Issues / Response to Unfair Play

・We have identified players who appear to be exploiting unintended behavior in World Hunt to achieve high scores.
※In addition to fixing this issue, we will investigate the players involved and take strict action.

Cross-Platform Transfer Issues

・When transferring data between different OS platforms, the combined value of paid currency may be displayed incorrectly.
※This incorrect display (showing a quantity greater than the actual Neumonite) causes errors when attempting to consume the currency.

Future Actions

We are currently investigating the causes and working on fixes for these issues.
We will provide updates on the progress and estimated timing for fixes as soon as they are confirmed.
