At the same time, we deeply apologize for the ongoing inconvenience and trouble caused by the remaining bugs.

■Regarding the Release in the Americas Region
We are pleased to announce that we will release 『HUNTER×HUNTER NEN×SURVIVOR』 for players in the Americas region on March 16, 2026, at 0900 (JST).
Although this release is approximately one month later than originally planned, we are relieved to have successfully completed the necessary preparations.
The primary reason for the delay was compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which was strengthened in 2025.
We continued reviewing our compliance strategy right up until the release date. However, we determined it would be impossible to meet the February 18th launch deadline and were forced to postpone.
As this was a critical legal compliance matter, we allocated significant development and verification resources, including thorough functional testing, to address it.
While this update has minimal direct impact on players in regions where the game is already available, we firmly believe it was a top priority task, considering the players in regions who wish to play but currently cannot.
■Regarding World Hunt Participation Requirements
We have received inquiries from customers stating they “cannot participate in World Hunt.”
We recognize that insufficient in-game explanations are a contributing factor to this issue,
and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Upon reviewing the situations of customers who have contacted us, we have confirmed that they are currently in a playable state.
Participation in World Hunt requires meeting the following two conditions:
・Account creation must be at least 2 days prior
・Main Stage Chapter 3 must be cleared
※Participation is not possible during the tally period from 09:00:00 to 14:59:59 (JST).
※Participation becomes possible after restarting the game following the group update at 15:00:00 (JST).
We believe the message “You meet the requirements. Log out and log back in to join” displayed during the tally period is causing confusion.
We plan to address this in a future update by modifying the displayed message
to ensure players can accurately understand the correct participation timing.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
■Regarding Additional Characters
Announcements regarding March’s additional characters are being made on our official X account.

We’ve received an overwhelming response since revealing the silhouette and are thrilled that everyone is looking forward to it.
The animation for the Ultimate Skill is also exceptionally high quality, so we hope you’ll enjoy seeing it in-game when it’s implemented.
While detailed stats will be available in-game after implementation, here’s a brief overview:
This character is a close-to-mid-range Supporter. Their Ultimate Skill absorbs EXP Auras and can block certain Poison effects and ranged attacks.
Their SD illustration is also exceptionally charming, so we hope you’ll acquire and play with them.
■Regarding Future Schedules
Once the release support mentioned above stabilizes, we expect to have a clearer outlook on future development and operation schedules.
Therefore, we plan to publish a roadmap within this month.
We are also progressing in parallel with the feature improvements and additions mentioned in the first letter,
though some have not yet reached your hands. We sincerely apologize to those eagerly awaiting them.
Additionally, while not numerous, we also plan to add new main stages this month.
The entire operations and development team recognizes that there are still areas where we fall short,
and we will continue striving for improvement and addressing these points.
